Didn't Kerry vote to support Bush's war plan?

Their planes didn't even take off. And yet, we had Powell claiming at the UN that they can spray chemicals on a country thousands of miles away!

Yes, Saddam folded like a paper tiger. With a third-rate military, a fifth-rate air force and a non-existent naval force, he was no great threat to start with.

So, who's next? Somebody weak and with no nukes and no military or armed forces to speak of... probably Syria?

What a pickle!

If we repudiate the debt of the old regime (owed mostly to Russia, France, Germany, etc.) then we give the signal to everyone in the third world that it's OK for them to repudiate THEIR debts to us... which will piss off a lot of American investors like Citibank.

But if we pay the debt than there won't be enough oil money left to finance much rebuilding... and the American taxpayers will be socked with the bills.
