BWAC- Yes indeed. We should continue the contracts of TotalElfFina and Lukoil so they could profit. Let the french and the Russians exploit the Iraqis.

Frankly, they played a poor poker hand while we paid the price. They thought that they could win contracts by kissing Saddam's butt and arming him. You are aware that 90% of Saddam's arms are Russian and that the french built the nuclear reactors. The Iraqis demanded that the part of the nuclear reactors built in france not have Jewish workers and the french complied. I am hardly broken hearted.

Disclaimer-- I have a large position in Lukoil and it cost me.
