The Russians are not impressed? So what? Their equipment has done little to even the odds.....and their military's long relationship with Iraq has apparently done little to assist either....

Funny. I haven't heard that the Russians have asked for a re-match after losing the Cold War.

Do they honestly believe that technical and industrial advantage is appliable ONLY in a desert environment?

To believe that, they'd have to be stupider tham the peaceniks on this thread who thought they were going to stop the war and save their idol Saddam.
