CIA fraud... Here's the Oct. '02 report on WMDs from the CIA. If you scroll down it you'll see that on maps of Iraq that the WMD production facilities are all outside of Baghdad, yet none have yet been found by the Angloamerican occupation forces. They have no definitive proof of existence of any WMDs, just photos showing the Iraqis destroying chem/bio agents. They only say that quantities "remain unaccounted for". In a report in '97 the CIA stated Iraq has no WMD program: fas.org We have not observed Iraq purchasing advanced conventional weapons or WMD-related goods, although it has purchased numerous dual-use items. Funny the reversal of opinion.
