I always thought the face value of debt was something like $3b for bondsholders, $500M for Qualcomm and $500M for Loral. Ignoring interest and whatever sweetners may have been attached such a breakdown would set the new ownership at: Thermo 67% GLP Bondholders 25% Qualcomm 4% Loral 4% This is all out of my head so take it with some caution.
