Washington is split along hawk-dove lines about the role of oil in a post-Saddam Iraq. There's no split in Washington. This is a done deal. What, you think Cheney and Bush started working on the splits and the contracts last week? These contracts are set. Drafted last summer in Crawford. Just need to white out some names, fill in some new ones. The only thing they are split on is how much to show in the Media.. They'll leak it out and it will all make sense to most of America..
