Mike, before you continue to blame Clinton for everything, remember that someone named Alan Greenspan raised interest rates so high that the economy came to a screeching halt. Greenspan had other tools at his command, including raising margin requirements on stock purchases, but chose to do the one thing guaranteed to create a disaster. Don't blame Clinton. And Greenspan is still the Fed chief--I blame Bush for that. Art
