AMFR .0047.Update below. ragingbull.lycos.com AMFR NEWS: I called the company Friday and talked with Stephen Owens (President of American Fire Retardant). I asked him the following questions: 1. First question - How many Authorized shares are there and what's the float? Authorized shares: 1.8 billion Float: 400,000,000 I asked if the company had any plans to issue new shares, he said "no". 2. Is this product and "National TV Launch" for real? - He informed me that yes, the product was for real and they have spent $500,000 to market it on television. This is a substantial investment and believes their product will sell well. 3. Do you have enough stock (product) to fill the demand if the infomercial is successful? - He said there are no problems foreseen and the product is ready to ship. He also informed me that the phones are already ringing. 4. Will this campaign include all states and what time slots have been purchased? - He did not know exact details due to the fact that each network has different schedules. But yes, a national TV launch is scheduled to begin next week. 5. What other commercial products do you currently offer? - AMFR offers several fire retardant chemicals that can be used on steel structures and a wide variety of other exteriors, including wood. Past clients include prisons and other large government and commercial properties. 6. How long has AMFR been in business? - They've been in business for over 15 years. They are fully licensed and insured. 7. Have you had any law suits claiming your product does not work or is a "scam"? - He informed me that their product has passed many rigorous tests with the proper authorities and there is absolutely no "scam" going on behind the scenes. Basically, the company has been producing fire retardant chemicals for over a decade. The "3 in 1 Hero" is one of many new products to come. Currently they are working on a retardant that can be applied to Christmas trees. In summary, Stephen answered all of my questions promptly and politely. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that this company will be successful moving forward. This is definitely NOT a scam and I will definitely NOT be selling my shares anytime soon. In fact, if I can add to my shares for less than a penny on Monday, I will. IMO, this is a gold mine. (Voluntary Disclosure: Position- Long; ST Rating- Strong Buy; LT Rating- Strong Buy)
