Thanks for pointing out that post of mine Jay. Oddly enough, just a couple of days ago I was checking with a real estate agent on a house I was considering buying. I'm not considering a Lexus. If I buy the property, that should mean a stock market crunch. If I decide not to, that would mean the markets will be okay.

It's a bit like Shrodinger's Cat - if I open the box, it might be dead. If I don't open it, it's in either state; alive or dead. Or, a bit like Heisenberg's uncertainty principle. Leave the electron alone and it's happy enough, but by trying to grab it, I mess it up.

I think I'll defer the property purchase for a week or two while I contemplate the implications.
