Didn't Qualcomm sell off about 2/3 of its holdings to get to 6%? If so, any recall of the gains?

Qualcomm held about 6% of the PI's in Globalstar. In order to convert the PI's to common. Globalstar had to achieve certain operational metircs for a given period of time, which of course, they never came close to achieving. So the PI's are worthless. Qualcomm's 6% comes via the ~600 million in Vendor Financing Debt claims that Qualcomm has.
