AJ, triple top (or bottom) reversals is classical TA, like here:

In Elliott terms, imagine, just for example, a wave 3 top, followed by an ABC down (where B is strong), and then by a weak 5. That’s is your triple top.

I beleive the old saw is that there is no such thing as quadruple top or bottom. I'd say, the odds for that are no good.

I'd add that triple tops are actually more common than triple bottoms. Since the macro trend of the markets is up, a majority of corrective waves are down, and corrective waves are less likely to produce successful triple bottoms. Triple bottoms should come off of a 3, b of 4, and weak 5th structure, as Ski said.
