Kerry uses "regime change" as a counter to Bushies using the war to promote GW's re-election, as they use 9-11 and the timing of the Iraq War plans for blatant political purposes.

Kerry is still hopping mad chickenhawk Bushies attack war heros like Max Cleland questioning their patriotism. He will give Bush a taste of his own medicine in 2004. You are going to hear A LOT about Bush going AWOL, cutting Vets benefits, bungling diplomacy etc.

Kerry is not afraid to take Bush on over military issues, just as our Army is not afraid to head straight into Baghdad.

Kerry will also start wooing conservative voters soon. He's not afraid to talk to the right and make a few converts. He will also be going to Texas quite a bit to show the country the results of Bush's rule there. Pollution, education, health care problems, huge deficits, etc.

Pelosi represents the liberal wing of the party. She salutes peaceniks because they are patriots too. I dont personally agree with them, but they have fought their own battle for peace and against Bush policies. Got to keep them in the party. Dont want another Nader type candidacy to hand Bush back the White House in 2004.

All in all, it's about bringing together most Americans for a unity victory in 2004. 30% on the right wont listen, but everyone else will.
