Fialure to understand REFR:

Why don't you just go through the list of licensees that have signed and then walked away. It sure is a mitt full.

Mgmt. always comes up with some type of lame excuse for the licensse leaving, and only when prompted. None of the news is publicized to the investor's who believe that REFR has actual contracts with real companies.

By the time investor's realize what a mistake they made the price has again fallen and they have lost $$$.

Mgmt. then comes out with some new alliance that supposedly will use their technology, a technology that has never produced one single marketable porduct.

You can mark my words when I tell you that Orcolite will not ever produce a single product and I'd be surprised to even see a prototype.

You can also hedge a bet that MSC will have problems producing the so-called formula. Mgmt. won't tell you this straight out but after an investor uprising might touch on the subject lightly by stating the "technology is so advanced, MSC chemists are adding new proton emulsifiers to the current product so we all may have our choice of hue in 16,000,000 color combinations and using your own brain electrical discharges you will be able to see clearly without the aid of outside power sources."

Everyone will go WOW!!!.. the stock price will sky-rocket, and REFR management just bought themselves 3 more years to not only concoct a new story but insure their own job security.

My crystal ball--GARY--

Gary,

" I have never shorted REFR, ever, and it is my belief that Harary is well aware of that FACT."

I will accept you at your word that you have never shorted REFR, but since you have no personal stake in REFR I do wonder why you have become so antagonistic towards Refr in general and Dixon in particular.

Clearly Harary has made some very specific claims for this year. If great press releases and increasing royalty fees aren't forthcoming this year I'm sure REFR will collapse on it's own accord...and soon for that matter. And, even if you claim to be an evangelist of good intentions why get so ugly with Dixon? You can make far more devestating points by sticking to the facts....that is if you're correct.

As for myself, I don't doubt that spd technology works. I've talked to too many people who have seen it firsthand and I don't believe that claim is an issue anymore. IMO, the issue at hand now is wide-scale commercialization and I am in a wait and see mode.

Regards, Ed
