Here's a gem of a quote from Richard Perle:

Do you really BELIEVE the N.Koreans would act differently
if we had not gone into Iraq?

NKorea has been planning for and attack for years, after
all they were the ones that originally attacked starting the Korean War.

From what I recently read, China is putting the heat on NKorea.
