Flux is the rule of the world, way more powerful than America.>>> This flux is the one that causes fear and uncertainty, within Nations, and between Nations. It is not a fear of America, who gets blamed for it, but the fear of the changes that Americas action will bring. The flux and changes would have occurred regardless of Americas actions- nuclear arming of N Korea, india, Pakistan, or economic disasters caused by loss of airline operations shut down because of Terrorists. Any Nation headed from the top down like dictatorship is in serious trouble for participation in the modern world. Our Military supremacy results from ideas flowing both ways, from bottom up, and top down, combining the best of both. It is a significant and overwhelming advantage and continues apace. N Koreas 6 mm man army will soon be worthless, and in fact a disadvantage of too many mouths to feed or clothe and arms to provide. Because we will develop methods to freeze and immobilize men in place to the point you can reach out and take the guns or triggers out of their hands before they can use them. Some major decisions will have to be made if nations are to participate in this scenario 1. Do you merely imobilize the enemy forces and end up with 6mm brainwashed killers to feed and care for and try to rehabilitate ? or 2. Do you just destroy them by conventional warfare and get rid of the problem. Scientific organizations can determine what methods are available. If the UN members cannot look past immediate profits for their countries, cannot get any visionaries on board, they will always be trying to put out fires after the warehouses burn down. Sig
