Re War plans:
The Germans are occupying all of Europe, including Norway and Italy, part of North Africa, 1/3 of Russia, bombing London every night, and sinking 30 transport ships per week..
Before appropriating any more money, Congress and the Nation want to know how much money it will take for the US to defeat the Japanese in the Pacific and the Germans in Europe and how long it will take.
It will take somewhere between $^& bil and $!@# Bil
Our exit strategy is even simpler- whoever wins gets a ride home on a troop ship
