No, it doesn't Condor. It just means that the International Legal system has to be built on reality, not on the whims of various Dictators who happen to be running the appropriate UN committee this quarter.

One thing that makes the US different is our irrevocable sovereignty of the individual, that is in our constitution. The Gov cannot sell this out to an International body. This is why the ICS that we pulled out of never had a chance with us.

I think it is an appropriate way to end the discussion when the RW extremists talk in circles, and finally end up with this:

So if you are a do-gooding "One Worlder," who dreams of a Utopian world legal system, "Forgeddaboutit!"

Remembering that this discussion began with Donald Rumsfeld complaining about violations of international law, one can only laugh at this inane commentary.
