That right there was the #1 reason not to start Bush's war and very few people understood what pre-emptive strikes would eventually lead to.
neocon stupidity knows no bounds.

The Bush doctrine of pre-emption goes even further than conventional pre-emptive strikes and includes nuclear pre-emptive strikes.
Bush's insane doctrine of pre-emption comes of the Likudniks in Israel and was shaped in Bush's mind by Richard Perl, Wolfowitz, Feith, Podhoretz, Zuckerman, etc.
Every world dictator has used this doctrine of pre-emption to initiate their military campaigns.

Alexander the Great used the doctrine of pre-emption to cross the Dardanells to crush the Persians before they would once more attack Greece. After Alexander finish crushing Persia, he simply extended the doctrine to Egypt, Palestine, Central Asia and India.

Genghis Khan used the doctrine of pre-emption to crush his tribal rival and then expanded it first to all of Mongolia, then to China, then to central Asia and India, and then to Persia, Palestine, Turkey, Russia and then Europe.
