I just posted the link to a woman who has been working there for 25 yrs , until she was thrown out by the taliban ...I have heard her speak in person and have a gauge of greater admiration for her , quite a bit more than your pith, cynicism . She is one lovely woman to know of , and her work over there , so you use your time constructively as well. I hope as well as she does. Posting that very short interim report to me is supposed to do what ? Afghanistan has not even been slightly stabilized yet after the fall of the Taleban and there is a vacuum of trained personel or the return of expatriated professionals in the field . you post pithy gov't information to me , and i gave you a living example of care-giving that is far more in touch with that place than you seem willing to ever be. why don't you give her a call or EM? parsa-afghanistan.org pith pith and frothy pith , the chatter is all yours...
