I would like to also teach the world to sing. I am not sure how you would do all these things with the UN since the UN dropped out of this thing awhile back. And their last stance was to let the inspections keep working. I agree with your last point though, regarding Isreal/Palestine. That is certainly next.

I think it is too late now. I think now the only thing we can do is make sure we make good on our promises to help the Iraqis and, if we are smart, we'll make sure the UN has more than just a support role. Unfortunately I don't think we will be able to make good on our promises. I hope we will, but we're not a country that it is wise to trust. I posted a heartbreaking letter from Prince Matak on another thread, I will go get it and post it here. It bears remembering that we have left people who believed in us to the mercy of murderers.
