Alex:

"I wish Gary's posts had references (links). It's hard to evaluate the shorts' argument without 3-d sources."

First of all Alex, I am not a short. Never have been. Traded many shares on the long side for a couple of years as scams are make more money for those who play them than "legitimate" companies do, if you can find one.

What do you want to know about REFR?

Would you like an explanation on how REFR management pee'ed away almost $4 million in investors money so they could receive a bonus for purely hyping the stock?

Would you like to know how REFR share buyback programs diluted the outstanding by several million shares over a 3 year period?

Would you like to know how REFR insiders used investors money to fund their personal stock purchases and then sold that stock for a large profit by creating misleading press releases and selling into them.

Would you like to know how many times REFR management sold into press releases or conference calls.

Would you like to know how many times since 1989 REFR "expected" products to appear?

Would you like to know how many licensees REFR has lost over the years?

Would you like to know how many times REFR expected their SPD to replace LCDs--starting from 1984 and working up to today where none are still being produced?

Would you like to know why REFR, the day after an annual meeting announced they were buying back 200 + patents from a licensee under the pretense that it would help in the production of auto rear view mirrors which no longer appear to be on REFRs agenda?

What exactly Alex do you want to know.
