I agree with most of your statements there.

I think Bush is smart, however he struggles to communicate. Some people have a natural talent for that.
I think it has really hurt him in succeeding on anything.
One thing it drove me nuts during the Clinton years
was all the people who made fun of his accent.
SNL had its place, but Rush Limbaugh went way over the line in his disrespect for the president and the South.
