The right-wing love bashing gays, or anyone sympathetic to gays. The irony is, some gays are quite conservative, some are Republicans, some are priests and ministers, some are military experts, one ran the FBI for 30 years, some are even heros. Often whose who hate gays the most really are gay deep down inside but hate the fact. Same with sexists and racists. I'm no promoter of gay rights but moderate tolerance is deserved so long as gays aren't in your face or hitting on kids.
