energyplay, <<No wonder the French, Germans and Russians are pissed>> they are justifiably concerned because if the US continues to use 0% Japanese financing and dirty cheap Chinese factories managed by Taiwanese, Japanese, S.Koreans, US, and Chinese, to maintain its dominance, what relevancy then for old Europe, and when will Russia get its day in the sun? I think the alliance structures could really shift on the current script, in at least one variation, because all the pieces are moving, at the same time, in all different directions. It is just a matter of working out the pluses and minuses, figure out the contingencies, put in place the safeguards, and execute the plan. All the players have some cards to play, and all have something to lose/gain. Chugs, Jay
