I think the alliance structures could really shift on the current script, in at least one variation, because all the pieces are moving, at the same time, in all different directions. It is just a matter of working out the pluses and minuses, figure out the contingencies, put in place the safeguards, and execute the plan.

All the players have some cards to play, and all have something to lose/gain.
