second only to the Military.

Objective, Trategy Tactics.
Measure adjust, measure adjust.......

You might find it interesting to dip into
data bases, data mining. It's like GPS
for "Customer Segments". It impacts everything.

No she's not. Makes absolute sense. Rove is on the telephone to someone down at the RNC who is typing those names into a list. Of course, the filter on those lists leaves something to be desired. I get a mailing from the RNC about once a month thanking me for all I'm doing for George--whom most of my friends now call King George.
