I didn't realize that killing innocent civilians was our primary objective. Thank you for the clarification.

Well my "objective" when go over to the neighbors place and break their glass door and eat all their food is not to get in a fight with them either... I try to convince myself that my actions will be viewed as "liberating", after all that glass door doesn't close very well and squeaks and is a general pain in the ass anyway so why not remove them of the threat.

We said there were WMDs and we were ridding the world of a major threat. Our press secretary, Ari Fleicher, essentially said that US would prefer assassination of Saddam Hussien at a press conference. We made strong and extreme claims, and when you do that, you have to expect to be held to your truths.

Do you think Lizzie will have the class to admit she was wrong once the wmd's are uncovered?....Do you hear Peter Arnett confessing that he was wrong about the war plan, or any of the armchair "war experts" fessing up that maybe they were just a tad full of stuff...

Hindsighters, second guessers, and whiners of opportunity are a dime a dozen at best...and maybe not worth that price on this thread.
