I think the ECB should just request delivery on their Fort Knox gold certificates in place of physical gold that they have already sold? Somehow, I don't think delivery will be made then. That would certainly shoot gold to about a $1000 per Oz -g-

recent shutdown of cu mines should reduce gold & silver supply, btw poisoning of rivers in Iraq should help demand for silver for water purification
