MO - I think there is about 10% chance that MO will file for BK, and about 90% chance that they, the states, or whoever will figure out a way to avoid paying the 12 billion dollar appeal bond. MO will win on appeal, or greatly reduce any fine. Cost of doing business. To me, risk of downside is probably 20-22 if BK, and pop to mid 30's when this bond thing gets worked out. jmho. larry

but knee jerk is the way you have been doing it was totally wrong
and I doubt you would now qualify for trader status

maybe get some local professional advice
