Compelling speeches are meaningless unless one wishes to
sway perception.

I read his UN reports backed by hard facts & massive
amounts of other UN inspectors credible evidence. I read
his conflicting statements years later that had ZERO facts
or any credible evidence.

My perception is swayed by the facts, not his newly
compelling BS & his financial ties to Iraq.
