None of this breaking news is very reliable, as some say we do not have the Information building either, and some say we are not staying, etc All this may be to confuse the enemy, if they move all their troops downtown and we
are somewhere else. And when they move we see it from the air and take them out

Someone on Fox reported that it was a University of Georgia flag, so perhaps a little bit of a prank by a soldier. Also heard that a soldier was planning on taking a shower in the Presidential palace.
