The British military is now confirming that "Chemical" Ali, who is Saddam's first cousin and head of all Iraqi military operations in the southern parts of Iraq is now dead. The British are also saying that whatever resistance remains in southern Iraq is disorganized and leaderless. After Saddam (and his sons Qusay and Uday), "Chemical" Ali was the most despised member of Saddam's regime. I'm quite sure he won't be missed...

Watch CNN but don't take it wholesale. Filter out by comparing with other sources. Just get the nuggets out fo the raw material.

NY Times is excelent for comparisons since they give a twist for everything. No credibility at all.
