Yeah and it worked! What do you think was accomplished? No...don't tell me. The fall of the Soviet Union. The same fall that had been undermined by post WW2 conquest, 50 years of self inflicted communist ineptitude and inefficiency coupled to a century of pent up ethnic and class strife and resentment....that's it...Reagan brought it all down in a few short years with a simple increase in military spending.
