The majority American people wanted the approval of the UN......aka the rest of the world.....they didn't get one A majority would have preferred such support but a majority supports the action with or without it. I've said it before and I will say it again........that's SOP. People rally around the flag and the troops once we go to war. Its doesn't define how people really feel about the war. Just before the war started, a majority were against the war without UN approval. ted
