You mean the same Patriot missile that couldn't hit the broad side of a barn in 1991, Yes, I mean the Patriot missile that was developed on-the-fly using existing missile technology married with software from SDI, placed in service at a moment's notice, and while not ready for prime time, led to the strong Patriot system in use today that has no doubt saved many lives in the current engagement. Yes, that's the one. According to you, defense is like everything else that didn't work during Clinton's years. Right. I find very little that Clinton did correctly. He has no legacy. Time and time again I've asked you and ted to provide a significant list of accomplishments other than an economy he had nothing to do with, and you can't produce it. The reality is Clinton squandered eight years. Some people, even on the Right, try to give him credit where none is due; but there ARE no significant accomplishments.
