Huh? where was the UN teeth in Rwanda, Kosovo?
The only teeth that the UN has is the power of individual nations. If the UN wanted something done that required military power who has that kind of power and the ability to move that power around the world?

Lets see if they realize their BIG mistake and start to suck up to the USA.
