Had French and British troops rolled into the Rheinland in 1937, chasing out the embryonic German mobile troops, that would have been pre-emptive. The phony argument against pre-emptive war is the stuff of cowards/appeasers/traitors. It has easily cost MILLIONS of innocent lives in the 20th century. Those who maintain that surrender is peace are the seeds of civilization's destruction, and must be regularly PURGED to stop them from infecting the population, which would perish as a result of their treachery...

Do you think things out before you hit that submit button? The US liberating the citizens of a country equates to Russia trying to conquer another country? Right back at ya- Do you think things out before you hit the submit button? Basra... does it look like the citizens feel that they are being "liberated" to you? I don't know about you, but if I were being liberated I doubt I would throw a rocket propelled grenade at the liberator.
