Hmm... So, you don't want any proof after the fact that WMDs in fact did exist. It is possible that this non-cooperation by Saddam was for his internal consumption - just to scare ordinary iraqis. That doesn't mean a great power like us needs to go and beat up on him. What are you, world cop? Let's get rid of every govt in Middle east except for Israel, most govts in Africa, many govts in South America, Asia, China, Russia...
