I just call the number listed in the Nancy's post. Spoke to someone (did not get his name) and he confirmed that

1) Hitachi is a licensee of REFR

2) they have a good working relationship with REFR

3) they are happy with the emulsion that they can produce
RIGHT NOW

4) they have been working and improving emulsion for the last 2-3 years

4) if they get an order from a customer they can produce 10 tons or 1 kilo whatever the customer desires

When I asked if they can quantify the demand for the emulsion he declined to answer and told me that I should be speaking to REFR about it.

I called the HITACHHI number, talked to them and they confirmed their intention to produce emulsion. According to their representative they CAN do it right now if a customer asks for it.

Gary, I find it difficult to believe that HITACHI would get involved with a scum artists.
