I hope those jesters realize that just sixty or seventy years ago there's a good chance that, instead of the police with rubber bullets and bean bags, they might have been met by strikebreakers with bats, blackjacks and pistols. At any rate, though, those who were hit with rubber bullets won't intentionally interfere with someone else's private business - other peoples' livelihoods, in other words - anytime soon, that's for sure. That type of activity and demonstrating (the latter a bit after the fact, I'd add) are far and aways different. LPS5
