Not much in that response.

But no need to worry about France.
They have nuclear weapons and unilaterialy enter conflicts when they desire, ie Ivory Coast.
And remember they occupied Algeria and Syria, etc for
years, clearly recently major colonial imperialists.
Fairly recently their leaders documented their
methods of torturing Algerians.
