The transition of power was dramatically delayed by the Florida debacle & Al Gore lies, FL Supreme illegal ruling, etc. Bush was sworn in on Jan 20, but many offices were months behind in being filled with staff due to the election dabacle & Clinton officials obfuscation & obstruction. Transition of power was dleayed by a couple of months while Clinton officials shared little of anything. That's a fact. Nine months after The Bush Administration was in place, 9/11 has already happened & Bush was well on his way to doing the right thing to protect our safety & security. Something Clinton ignored repeatedly. That directly lead to 9/11.
