OK, name the war crimes committed by the US, UK or
Australia?

I'd appreciate credible sources & links please.

By the way, if you bothered to watch TV, or read current
news, you'd know that there are a plethora of potential war
crimes committed by the Butcher of Baghdad & his leadership.

So, what exactly is your point?

'I always thought it was the agressor country who, once defeated, faced the war crimes tribunal"

Well, that's precisely what is happening here. You see, the
cease fire agreement from the Gulf war included the
requirement that Iraq completely disarm of ALL offensive
weapons. For 12 long years of diplomacy, numerous UN
resolutions & multiple sanctions against Iraq, they utterly
failed to comply.

Thus, this war is merely a resumption of the Gulf war,
which in fact was an act of aggression by Iraq. All
legal & legit to boot.
