Democrats have no subpoena powers. The theft in November of the Senate by starting a war prior to the election was mainly to keep the Bushies from being investigated for the energy scandals and other possible scandals. Half of Reagan's cabinet was indicted and something similar would have happened to Bushies. But now they can get away with anything. Literally. That's why they are so scary now. And watch them abuse their power again and again at the expense of tax-payers, women, children, the environment and even veterans. The greatest ever ripoff of the US treasury is underway, but it wont be complete unless Bush gets re-elected. So dont help him.
