Clintonites worked very hard and against the Gingrich-Armey congress to give us those boom years. Dont be a fool. Seven years of prosperity dont happen by accident. Rubin and his crew knew what to do. If Bush had kept them on we'd be 50% better off now. Clinton hired a Republican as his Sec Of Defense. Bush should have ignored Voodoo Economics and kept on Rubin. They got it perfect. And no, the dot-com hysteria was not their doing. Just the rest of it. Wall to wall prosperity in every sector.
