Iraqis goverment can't reveal the truth about their weaknesses because Iran would like to have Saddam on a shiskabob...how long was Iran-Iraq war and how many people died? Iran would love to have a revenge...

Standard line right now is: "Saddam did not use WMD in this war because his communication lines were disrupted at the start of the war, and his generals would not make those decisions on their own for fear of being 'war criminals' later." Very weak, IMO. If you are going to die, and you are truly evil, I see NO reason not to use whatever weapons you have. I find it hard to swallow that Americans have been told about all the terrorists in the USA being sponsored by Saddam, yet no events since 911. I'm sure many have been caught or stopped, but still hard to believe not one event. One explanation may be that Saddam actually thought he could win or at least survive this war. Hard to believe he is that stupid. I remain, SOROS p.s. Don't want to be too cynical, but do the words, "Waco", "Kennedy", "Whitewater", "Ruby Ridge", "Vince Foster", "Oklahoma", etc. mean anything to anyone?
