We have got to, quickly, set up an Iraqi force to patrol the streets, and withdraw American soldiers to bases outside populated areas. It is crucial to make our occupation as invisible as possible to the average Iraqi. The more we are seen, the more we will be hated. We have weeks to months, not years, to do this.
