Timothy McVeigh had serious mental problems. He was very intelligent and clever. But his mind was twisted. He had little compassion for the pain of others. He was driven to murder others because of what happened in Waco, but I doubt if he felt any normal human emotions, such as grief, regarding the Waco victims. It was just a cause he could blindly follow. And.... he certainly didn't care who was responsible for the deaths of those at Waco.
