As I understand it, there is a suspected entrance to the network of tunnels under Baghdad in that area. It is the same place he emerged to "tour" the streets a couple of days back. The airstrike occurred 20 minutes or so after he was seen in the area. He could have been 2 miles gone underground by the time the bombs hit or he could be toast. Who knows for sure...
