Oh give it up. No one is giving up any travel plans to America because of AIDS. Meanwhile, China is losing business daily because of SARS, and all you can do is make false comparisons and point out that SARS might not have originated from China. Who cares?

So there's a lot of paranoia over SARS. That's to be expected, and I don't think such paranoia is overdone. In fact, it might be mitigated thanks to the world's attention being diverted to Iraq. Once the Iraq war is over, watch as SARS becomes the top headline. Then you'll really see some paranoia.
