They aren't always on the exact same wave but they are usually pretty close. Especially in the larger timeframes. Reference the october low. I just don't think it's possible for the ndx to complete a multimonth c and the spoo's or dow to be doing something completely different. I actually like kellers ndx count where he puts the five of one in feb ending lower than the orthodox high. I can live with that. I think I've said it before but I like all of his stuff for the most part.
